Terms of Service

Lead Machine is a software tool that aggregates publicly available posts and listings from third-party platforms, filters them using keywords you configure, and displays matches in your private dashboard. We provide AI-assisted drafting tools. You are solely responsible for any messages you send to third parties.

• Use Lead Machine only for lawful business development, hiring research, and manual outreach you initiate yourself.
• Do not use the service for spam, harassment, automated bulk messaging, or scraping in violation of third-party terms (including Reddit's Responsible Builder Policy when API access applies).
• Do not resell, sublicense, or publicly redistribute content obtained through the service (especially Reddit-derived data).
• Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, authentication, or rate limits.
• Do not use the service to train ML models on third-party platform content.

You must provide accurate account information. Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

Lead Machine links to and may display excerpts from Hacker News, Reddit, Indie Hackers, job boards, and other sources. We are not affiliated with those platforms. Your use of their content must comply with their terms. We provide links back to originals and expect users to engage authentically on those platforms.

AI drafts are suggestions only. Review and edit all content before sending. We do not guarantee accuracy, tone appropriateness, or response rates. You are responsible for compliance with platform rules and applicable law.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee lead quality, availability of any data source, or uninterrupted operation. Scraping and API access depend on third parties and may change without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devs & Logics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via Stripe customer portal. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or abusive behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; we may delete account data per our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Material changes may be communicated via email or in-app notice where appropriate.
